Cancellation & Refund Policy

Hecta values every customer and strives to provide customers with a pleasant experience using our products and services. We have a professional customer service team which is committed to solving and meeting the needs of each user. For any reasonable order dispute, Hecta welcomes customers to contact Hecta Support Team at 9899 360 360. We will do our best to help you with a resolution within 24 hours.

Please note that registration on the portal is free and requires no fee. Customers can get access to auction notices inventory after registering on the Hecta website.

Customers can subscribe to premium membership for a nominal fee to get access to limited featured property visit reports in a year. Also, if the property is not featured, customers can request a special visit report as per applicable fee mentioned on the portal.

Refundable Circumstances

  1. Duplicate purchase
    If due to any reason, customer has made a duplicate payment for the same product, Hecta will refund one of the payments back to the customer via the original payment method in 3-4 working days.
  2. Prior to order confirmation
    Cancellation request can be submitted for Visit report order before the order is confirmed. Once the order is confirmed, the service fulfilment is initiated and cannot be reversed. If there are any additional questions or clarifications on the visit report, the Real Estate professional who visited the property is available on phone to clarify.
  3. Extreme delays in delivery of visit report
    Under the rare occurrence wherein the visit report is delayed by 7 working days from the date of purchase, the amount will be refunded back to the user.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  1. Change of mind after purchase
    Change of mind after purchase or purchasing a similar product from another company – in such cases, we will not be able to refund.
  2. Dissatisfaction
    In case of dissatisfaction caused by failure to read the function description of the product page carefully or misunderstanding of the product function before purchase, we will not be able to refund.
  3. Application date or auction date expiry
    In case the auction date has passed prior to receiving the property visit report due to a thin gap between the auction date and the visit report order date, we will not be able to refund the amount. We request all customers to ensure appropriate time is available for ordering, receiving, and studying the visit report prior to applying in the bank auction.
  4. Unauthorized payment
    If the customer is the victim of credit card fraud or unauthorized payment, Hecta recommends that the customer contact the card issuer as soon as possible. As Hecta cooperates with an independent payment platform, it’s impossible to monitor authorization during payment. Once an order has been processed and completed, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy 

If the order for visit report is cancelled, the refund is auto processed within 5 working days to the original form of payment. No refunds will be applicable or issued once the visit report order is confirmed.

Please note that there may be rare occurrences wherein we are unable to accept and must cancel the order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, property specific considerations or technical or technological problems. If your order is cancelled by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account.
